Agency experience. Freelance attention.

Most paid media problems come down to structure, tracking and feed hygiene, not clever bidding. They get missed when a manager is spread across dozens of accounts.

50+

Ecommerce and lead gen accounts managed at agency level

The same patterns come up again and again, so the fixes come quickly.

One person, start to finish

No account managers, no juniors, no hand-offs between strategy and execution.

A deliberately small client list

With fewer accounts, each one gets more time, and the details that usually get missed get caught.

Straight talk, every month

A plain walkthrough of spend, performance and next month's plan. You always know what changed and why.

Typical agency
  • Senior pitch, junior delivery
  • An account manager relays messages
  • A templated monthly deck
Geth Results
  • Senior from pitch to delivery
  • You talk to the person doing the work
  • A walkthrough written for you

Four platforms, one specialist.

Every account is built, managed and reported on directly, with each channel working alongside the others rather than competing with them.

Google Ads

Search · Shopping · Performance Max

Full-funnel management across Search, Shopping and PMax, with feed optimisation and Merchant Center hygiene built in for ecommerce and Shopify catalogues.

What's included

  • Campaign structure built around your margins and best sellers
  • Merchant Center feed fixes: titles, GTINs, disapprovals
  • Brand and non-brand split, so you see true new-customer cost
  • Weekly search-terms and negative keyword reviews

Lead generation

For local, service and B2B businesses that run on enquiries

Not every account ends at a checkout. When you win work through calls, forms and quote requests, the job is getting more of the right enquiries, not just more form fills.

What's included

  • Search campaigns built around high-intent enquiries
  • Meta lead forms with qualifying questions, so you're not chasing time-wasters
  • Call and form tracking you can trust
  • Qualified leads fed back from your CRM, so bidding chases the leads that turn into work

Running one of these, or all four?

How a new account gets started.

Nothing changes in your account until the whole picture is clear.

  1. Audit Week 1

A full account, tracking and feed audit, measured against your spend, revenue and margin data.

  2. Build Week 2

Restructure campaigns, fix tracking gaps, and set up reporting you can actually read.

  3. Optimise Every week

Bid, budget and creative changes based on what the data is actually saying.

  4. Report Every month

A straight walkthrough of spend, performance and next month's plan, with no jargon.

Week one starts with a full audit.

Let's get started

A report that tells you what changed.

Every client gets a private dashboard, refreshed daily, and a plain walkthrough each month: what the money did, what I changed and why. This one runs on made-up numbers, so you can see the format.

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers to what people usually ask before handing over an ad account. Anything else, ask in the form above.

Who will actually be working on my account?

Me, start to finish. The person you speak to is the person who sets the strategy and makes the changes in your account. No account managers, no juniors, no hand-offs. It’s why I keep the client list deliberately small.

Am I committing to anything with the free review?

No. You share read-only access, I look through the account and send back a short issues doc: your top 3 easy wins ranked by impact, a check of structure, tracking and your feed or lead quality, and a straight answer on whether I can help further. If it’s a fit, we talk about next steps. If not, the doc is yours to act on.

Is it safe to give you access to my ad accounts?

Yes. For the review I only ask for read-only access, which lets me see your campaigns, settings and results but not change anything: no edits, no new campaigns, no extra spend. You add me as a user on each platform and can remove me in a couple of clicks.

Do I keep ownership of my ad accounts and data?

Yes. Your campaigns, conversion data, product feed and pixels all stay in your own accounts, under your name. I work inside them as a user you add, and you can remove that access whenever you like.

Will you start again or take over my current campaigns?

Nothing changes until the whole picture is clear. Week one is a full audit of the account, tracking and feed. Week two is the build, where campaigns get restructured and tracking gaps fixed. What’s working stays; what’s holding the account back gets rebuilt.

How often will you work on my account, and how will I know what’s changed?

Every week: bid, budget and creative changes, plus search-term reviews, based on what the data is actually saying. You get a private dashboard that refreshes daily, and each month a plain walkthrough of spend, performance, what I changed and why, and next month’s plan.

Can you guarantee results?

No, and I’d be wary of anyone who does. Results depend on your products, margins, site and market as well as the ads. What I can promise is the work: senior attention every week, fixes to the structure, tracking and feed problems that usually waste budget, and a straight account each month of what’s working and what isn’t.

How is pricing worked out?

A percentage of your monthly ad spend, with a minimum fee. The more you spend, the lower the percentage. You’ll get the exact figures in your proposal before you commit to anything.

Is there a minimum contract or notice period?

There’s an initial three-month term, which commits us both, so the account can be planned properly and results have room to show. To finish at the end of it, let me know in writing at least 30 days before; otherwise it carries on month to month. If either of us ends things before the three months are up, a fee equal to one month’s management may apply.

Is there a minimum ad spend?

No fixed minimum. I’d recommend at least £600 a month, as that gives the account enough data to learn from and a fair chance of good returns. Every business is different, though, so tell me about yours and we’ll work it out.
